impeller shaft won't move

as it says. the alarm on my 6100 went off and i went to clean it and couldn't remove the shaft. this happened on another of my tunzes a year or so ago but don't remember what was wrong. please let me know what i need to do to fix this.

When you say you cannot remove the shaft, which part are you refering to? Or can you not remove the impeller as a whole?

correct. i can't remove the shaft from the motor housing.

Basically calcium has locked it in there and it has to be forcibly removed. It is best if you send it in, I have a few tricks for getting them out.
