Matt, nice shot of the moon. I just got a Nikon P900 and it takes good shots of the moon and I love them. I wish I had time this week to take a photo!
However, I think the rules are that you had to take the photo in the last week? The last full moon was over 3 weeks ago! :spin1:

As much as I like the old Stars & Stripes, I'm going to pick SVTour's photo of the moon through the branches... it is in the sky and it's kind of Halloween as well. Congratulations!

Not sure if the moon is quite 'in the sky' but I did snap this last night.
How altered/edited is this? I'm curious what the original pic was before any work in post.

Mostly lightened and tried to remove some of the corona from the moon. Added some of the clouds to give a more eerie effect. In all - about 2 minutes of work.

You had a much better job of getting a focus on the moon - mine kept grabbing the trees.
