Nice build amigo! Is amazing how we got some good international tank builds!! By the way just wondering what has the cost been so far to all this? lol

lol lucky you! I am guessing you have separate QT for corals, could you post more info on that set up?

Here is another project I will be starting in the next days, I will be developing my new frag tank which I plan to isolate from the main system, so I can "QT" corals and avoid any type of Cryptocrayon cyst sneak into the tank.
Here are some specs:
Tank dimensions: 48" x 24" x 12" (60gal).
Skimmer: Super Reef Octopus XS-1000 HOB, and Yes, it's the red edition, it can treat up to 120gals.
Lights: Maybe thinking of Tek T5 4 bulb 54W Lamp.
As I don't have lots of room within the FishRoom, I will design this tank to be an all-in-one, I will leave enough room so I can do maintenance easier.
The Wall between the FT and rear chamber is made out of glass with a red acrylic cover.
Here is a Perspective view:
The overflow for getting water into the rear chamber is on the far rear right upper corner.
Once water goes into the rear sump, a first set of baffles will remove any unwanted microbubbles which can affect the HOB skimmer.
After these baffles water goes to the skimmer and heaters bay even considering another PM1 module for the Apex to hold a Temp probe and PH Probe, after this, a small chamber with sand and Chaeto Macroalgae serving as fuge, last chamber is the return pump which will be a Mag 7 or Mag 9, at the height of return, I will get with the first one 700 GPH (14x Turnover) and with the second one I can get 900GPH (18x) turnover, will decide later on.
A Flow accelerator goes from the rear chamber back to the main tank.
For more flow, an MP10 will be placed on the right side:
And the Fuge will have three set of levels, first one 2" second one 4" and top one is 6" from bottom, I can decide position based on coral lightning requirements.
The Light as stated above, will be (Not 100% sure) a Tek T5 4 bulb 54watt lamp, idea is to paint with red all body so it can match the tank.

you are doing this aquarium as the major league reefers, you have one positive point that no one else do in our contry, everybody do the aquarium with out planification and thats the reason why the people here at last time doing anything to get back the aquarium (it happens to me 
), but at least 5 acclimatation tanks, good skimmer, good filtration, good equipment, good medical treatments, good testers, you have everything to have on perfect parameters the aquarium, sorry but i have to do a question, there's something that you dont have it????... about the frag tank do you not think on LED lightning?
another point, where do you get that acro? looks great but will take time to regain its color. i have a hybrid Zoanthids colony (watermelon/Radioactive dragon eye) that it doesnt fit on my 15 gallon nano have more than 200 polyps, im sure that fits on yours LOL tell me if your interested, and the last question (Sorry) did you visit Ocean Farm, they have beautiful and exclusive corals...

UPDATE on the Frag System light setup and plug displacement:

I discarded the T5 fixture, so I just bought another AI Super Sol module (Good timing on AI to reduce their price), this will be used for the Frag Tank, the way I'm going to place it is using a Sunlight Supply Rail Mount 3.5 6rpm motor, with this I will be able to distribute light to all frags with one unit only.

Also, I just made some changes to the Frag tank design, now it will be 60" x 24" x 12", in the video there is a frag plug placement simulation, each of these has 1" diameter which is a little bigger than usual (I think), the total amount is 240 frags and I think if I place them a little tighter I can reach 540 frags.

Finally as the frag tank will have a rear chamber I bought from a fellow reefer here at RC a used Super Reef Octopus XP-1000 HOB unit which is rated for up to 120gals, I think it will work great.

Thank you Pedro and CarlitosReef, indeed it has been a challenge to plan and develop the system, I began my reefing experience since May 2010 (Not too long from now) but I have had the practice of reading reading reading and more reading through out all threads and learn from them, I have made lots of mistakes during this period, but at least, ones in which I have learned from.
Also, the computer has helped me a lot to plan step by step the whole system making it easier and cheaper in the long run.

Well, I think I'm not having the best of luck fish related, last night my Red Stripe Dwarf Angel in one QT began acting weird, when turned the light on, I saw heavy breathing and a cloudy eye, so I quickly moved to make a major water change to remove copper and introduce Carbon so any organic residue from the medicine would dissolved.
The fish even began swimming belly up without strength (Not a pretty sight if you do care for your pets), I thought he was going to die overnight and there wasn't much I could do at the moment.
In the morning he was still swimming and based on Lee's (Leebca) advice, I quickly introduced a double dose of Maracyn Two antibiotic as I think the problem was fungal related; as of now, the fish still swimming and as my wife states "A little more calmer and swimming a little better" I just really hope he can make it out of this. (He is one tough little dude, that I can say).
Because of this, I took the decision to re-think my whole QT and complete system maintenance strategy, I have lost control of my routine as I need to be on so much stuff at the same time.
Here is what will happen in the upcoming weeks.
1. All my fish have price tags now and are going to the LFS to be sold, I can't risk them due to my lack of my system control and amount of loopholes I got right now.
2. My QT system will be redesign in a way that keeping several of them at the same time will be easier to maintain and risk free for the fish.
3. Will establish a more professional routine for the whole system, I can't be doing stuff as they come up as the only result here will be failure.
4. Will concentrate also on establishing the Frag Tank, with this, I will work around corals for now, this means, water parameters, system stability, system maturity, etc.
5. Will re design partly the fishroom as what I have right now is not as practical as it could be, the space needs to thought out better in a way maintenance and control can be well-done.
Basically, these are some ideas, any comments or suggestions, more than welcome.
