Inbox full???

Okay I give up... several of you have said my box is fill, I empty the bulk of it, Now I have messages from RC saying the same thing. I go look at my inbox and I have 7 messages!?!?!??! WASSUP with that?

I sent you a PM but I didn't get an inbox full message. You should PM an admin, maybe they can do something.

I just pmed her and got a boxfull message...get them all the time when I try to pm her...definatly look into it...you could be missing out on sales...

Hedonist,

There's 2 things you need to do.

1. When you go to your inbox, change the "Show Messages from" to "From the Beginning".
2. You need to also check your Sent bin and make the same change.

Both your Inbox and Sent bin count against the total of 150 messages that you are allowed.

Also check message tracking.

If that doesn't work LMK with authorization to check your PM ( no we don't read them). With your permission we'll check your PM's and delete them . There's a glitch in the system that requires an admin to delete messages. Happened to me too.
