I've heard of some people bleaching the rock, or a long peroxide soak in a bucket with lid may work also. I've read that some pests can live on rock out of water for quite some time, so simply drying the rock for a while would be too risky IMO.
Safety note: don't bake or boil the rocks. there have been many cases of this where something released toxins when dieing and cause health problems for anyone nearby.
Personally, I think I'd soak the rock in a bucket with bleach for a few days, then rinse well with water, and soak a few times over the course of a few days or more until they no longer smelled at all like bleach, then air dry to make sure anything residual was evaporated.
Like Sk8r said, wait for a variety of suggestions. Especially from someone who has successfully gotten rid of pests on LR.
