info on ae tech skimmer

i traded a couple of pc bulbs for a hob ae tech skimmer height is 17" i don;t have a camera for pictures i was just wondering if anybody could give me link to a users manual or any good or bad words of wisdom about them. i did a google serch and all i get is new skimmers ikinda think that is an older model but looks good.
any info or advice would be great .
