Info on Reeffanatic e-ballast

Can anyone give me some feedback on this item:

I am looking for ballast to drive my single end Hamilton 14K MH. These ballasts caught my eye, mostly due to the price. Are they any good or should I just go with the IceCap e-ballast? Any other ballast suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

Both the IceCap and the RF ballast will drive the bulb identically. They both pull pretty much the same exact power, and produce about the exact same par.

The RF is epoxy filled, so after the warranty it would not be able to be worked on, where the Icecap is repairable if there would ever be any problems.
