Informal get together for locals

Still waiting on my baby to arrive... Seems he is taking his good ol time. My wife is due tomorrow so might be able to stop by a later sept. Meeting.
 
Right now my schedule in September is open for 11th,12th,18th,19th,25th or 26th. That could change as time goes on but if we pick one of those dates then that is what will be on my calendar. Sunday afternoons are also good if that works better for everyone else.
 
When is the Sept PMASI meeting? We should do it on a different weekend. Sunday afternoon works good for me as well. Juliet died yesterday- Romeo picking on her all the time. Tried to get another female ,but the one at seahorse looked pretty bad - Elmers did not have any and the new place in Zeli did not have any either. Odd ball did not have any- so I would have had to order from internet.

I agree about a different weekend from PMASI.
Sorry about Juliet. When I bought the anthias at Elmer's I bought 3 females and Romeo picked on one of them until it died and that was even in my 90g. As soon as I purchased King Midas, the midas blenny Romeo settled down. I think Baby, my tomato clown kept Romeo in his place too. Maybe Romeo should stay a Batchelor.
 
I wish he would totally turn male also then I think he would settle down with the females. Since I only have a 65 I don't want to put 2-3 females in there at once.

I don't blame you for that or you will be having an anthias tank with no room for anything else.
 
well- I think the PMASI next meeting is on the 19th- so again I have to miss as I will out of town from the 17th thru the 19th.

SO how about the weekend before ?

The PMASI website is down again- I have tried to post a bit to stimulate some activity. one person PM'ed me and might want to join in our get togethers. However, when I tried to PM back- the site went down =The requested URL /frm/search.php was not found on this server.

The weekend of the Friday night the 11th, Saturday afternoon/evening the 12th both work for me. I am not available Sunday the 13th however due to a Pirate game reschedule. I am looking forward to meeting some of you that I don't know yet.
 
ok - very good- thanks for hosting please decide on a time on Saturday. If everyone can please post if you are going to make it or not. I will let Vlangel PM anyone that needs directions to her place. She has a very nice Seahorse tank - if anybody has not seen that type of setup it is pretty cool.

It sounds like there is some big changes for the PMASI club coming so I am hopeful that the official club will let us post about the "get togethers" in the future. It is good for the hobby - so why not? I will post the list of interested and those not making it after there are some people posting there status of coming or not.
 
Hi all! My son arrived on thursday night so i will likely be unable to make Sept but should be able to make the oct. meeting.

Ok, let's make it 4 pm Saturday the 12th of September. I will have coffee, lemonade and cookies to partake of while we chat. Also I can offer dragon's breath, and hammer frags on a first come first serve basis to anyone who might want some.

Do you have room for a few more on the 12th? Myself, Frank Watters (pmasi vp) and probably Clouse (pmasi membership) would love to come hang out if it's cool with you guys.

I appreciate the offer, but will have to pass this time. We're doing an orienteering course that day. You all enjoy though!
