Information on keeping mantis shrimp

I cant do a search right now. But what do i need to do to keep one. what size and such. And how do i find one of these things. I have a 10 gallon tank ill seed it from my 55. Also im going to add 10 lbs of LR and have a HOB bio wheel filter my sea clone 150 protein skimmer since my DYI skimmer is tanking its place. And 150 watt heater. And 2 power heads. Is that over kill or what?? I need information please.
