Inland Aquatics Road trip on Jan 13th.

For those who may not have read about it in the SLASH Sentinel......

SLASH will be making a trek to Inland Aquatics on Saturday, January 13th.

We will be leaving from the Cracker Barrel restaurant in Troy, IL at 8:30AM sharp and should arrive in Terre Haute, IN somewhere around 11:00AM. This will give us about an hour to have lunch and arrive at Inland at the time they open their doors, which is noon.

Some of us will be arriving at the Cracker Barrel early enough to have breakfast so if you are interested in joining us, please feel free.

Ahh I was just at Inland last weekend or the weekend before . Very nice place indeed however I was rushed in & out with a friend who care's nothing about the hobby other than to go OHHHH a seahorse!!!! I will be attending this event and this time I will be holding the key's of the driver to insure that I have plenty of time ( at least more than 20 min.). Will we be able to bring the wife and child?? Or is this get-away-from-the-family style trip?? Either way count me in. And may I claim first dibbs on the very OLD CRUSTY MUSTY DUSTY CAPNCAPO to ride with my party please. LOL lol lol I kill me.

Well you can bring them but you may not have any room for the crew of girls from Diamonds to ride with you. Oh well, I'll go call and tell them not to go.

If your mistress doesn't mind staying at home then your wife and kids are more than welcome to come along. What the heck, if your wife and mistress get along with eachother then feel free to bring them both.

I would have to be assured that you have been taking your prescribed meds and that those little "suicide" issues have been resolved before I would even consider riding with you. Have your shrink call my shrink.

The trip to Terre haute is straight down I 70. This will take you straight pst Vandalia where Slice of Nature is. They are less than 10 minutes off the highway south on 51. They are a small LFS but a cool side trip to Inland.

That is just something I do when making the trip out that way.
Once in Terre Haute there is another pet store up the road from Inland. They have fresh and saltwater and a Live Bengal Tiger!!! I always stop by there too. There is nothing like watching a tiger behind a chainlink fence eating half of a deer in a pet shop to make you say HMMMM. !
