Sweet! Post a bigger pic. It almost looks like a yuma but the mouth gives away that it is, in fact, a ric, I think?

it is a ricordia yuma! The tenticles do go all the way to the mouth. It's not a ricordia florida but the thing is still amazing. I will try to get a new pic

ok, i'll charge my camera when i get home and try to snap a shot of it. Does yours have a light pink rim that comes out sometimes? Mine has one. It looks very simliar to yours, i wonder if they are from the same place.

hey, pulled out the camera and snapped a couple of shots. Its on a purple rock so it doesnt contrast great but i think we can still see the similarities.

wow! that is a beautiful ric! I can see what you mean, really dark base w/light tips. What do you have in the lower right of that first pic?

thanks! i really like the color on yours. The thing on the bottom right are really cool bright yellow cloves that i got from Rommel at Ultimatefrags.com

is mine a ric or a yuma? or a ricordia yuma? hahaha, im confused about what to call it. It seems to be the same type as yours, is that true?

see how your little bumps go all the way up to to mouth? that indicates it would be a ricordia yuma, from the indopacific.... and usually the bumps are more spread out so you can see more of the base on a ricordia yuma. The other type, the ricordia florida, comes from the warm waters of the caribbean region and the bumps stop before the mouth. anyone have some pics to back me up on this one?

So there are two types, ricordia yuma, and ricordia florida...you have yuma.
