On Glenns, we figured it was 6X1.5X.5 of a rubber "trough" formed. Then 2/3 of that was taken by sump etc. sitting down there so about 10 gallons of water could leak before coming out on the floor. Now that doesn't sound like much but he's on the 3rd floor of an apt. complex. 10 gallons on the floor can get the neighbor downstairs a little upset! :eek1:
Plus it will help the stand not to have water get on it. Small leaks can saturate wood quite well. It really came out very nice and if I had equip underneath mine, I would do it too. It only took maybe 5-10 minutes to install. Justin would need to unhook the sump etc. and remove so that would take more time. Possibly a lot depending on how many unions he has on the plumbing. Great time to install some then while at it.
