I ran across this article and had not seen it before. I'm not sure how old it is. Instant Ocean lists the contents (including many micronutrients) too.

That's actually fairly old. Tim hasn't worked there for a while, predating the "new" recipes. It may be even older, but the document properties says it was created in 2007.
