They are the same price as DR F&S for the 200 gallon box and they do free shipping on the IORC. You need to add $10 to an IO order for free shipping.

Hey,just for fun I went on AMAZON ca,( because I live in Canada),so I could compare deals....and a box of Instant Ocean 160 gallon bucket is $210.60...... Plus 10.00 shipping.Why even bother listing it for that....it would cost me many thousands($3000.00) every year to do regular water changes at that price...as it is @ 60 Dollars,I still spend a grand each year for water changes...
I can buy Reef Crystals at the store fo $60.00 to $70.00 CDN......and most places will discount if you buy in volume.
I thought Amazon gave better deals.Something sounds fishy?Maybe it has something to do with the exchange rates and poor performance of the CDN. dollar.
That was one of the listings.The others range from over$ 100.00 to about$ 150.00....no deals obviously

You guys are new to Amazon? I've been paying that price for 6 months. Amazon prices fluctuate based on inventory availability. You just check back weekly and prices will drop.

Yeah, been in the hobby since the late 70's but obviously not too active on the boards. However, I too was surprised that this was my first post as it seems I've posted a few times, albeit in the distant past.

O.K. guys , picked up my $30. 160 gallon bucket of Reef Crystals today at Petsmart ..........and it gets even better ! :thumbsup:
During December , if you are one of the lucky ones, you will get a free Christmas inspired Instant Ocean T-shirt . I got mine !!!
Kind of a strange color blue, but has a Christmas decorated Tang on the back, and "Instant Ocean" on the front with a Santa hat . Its Cool
