Interceptor treatment

So Ive aquired an interceptor tablet. Now comes all the preparation for treatment of the red bugs. My first question is where am I to find a scale that can measure to .001 of a gram?

That is what I did with no problems.

I used 1/3 tab on 120g total water system. One dose every 2 weeks did the trick. Hella water changes

Another question on the dosing....

I have approx. 90 gallons in my setup. Does that mean I need to dose a 1/4 of the pill each treatment 3 times? For instance...dose the first 1/4 of the pill this saturday, a second 1/4 of the pill next saturday, and another 1/4 of the pill on the third saturday? So, at the end I will have used 3/4 of the pill?
