OK so i have a purple tang thats in hypo as we speak been there for a few weeks now so no visible ick spots or anything eats like a pig all day if i would let him. but ever once and awhile not much he like flicks his top fin and i dont know if its a show of like get away from my terriotry as when im sitting in front of the qt he does this of course. or if its a internal parasite. he started flicking again in the past week but didint for a few weeks, he did however flick like that at the lfs so i knew he was going to have ick but now thats its pretty much all dead it makes me wonder if he has an internal parasite. also this tang did start to fade a lil and show small hlle start but i believe i have stopped it and he has regained all his colors and everything.

That does not sound like an internal parasite issue to me .. more like an external parasite or simple skin irritation - might even be a water quality issue.
I would double check the water specs and if they are OK I would relax ... fish eating like a pig in a hypo QT is normally a good sign.
