Internal Parasites...Ocellaris Clown

I just bought 2 wc clowns yesterday and I saw stringy white pooh. I did some research and it looks like Pipzine is my best bet. The fish are in my 24 gallon aquapod. This is my first tank and I dont have the money to set up a QT. Can I treat my fish in this tank? Other animals are your basic clean up crew.

Any other treatments besides pipzine let me know.
