I'm sure there is, I hope not for an Interruptus...

2006-2007, I don't remember exactly but several of us paid in the area of $650 for these fish, captive bred even.

I remember seeing a wrought iron at a local fish store around that time frame for $1,000. I also remember thinking, seems a little high.

The Interruptus is my all time favorite Centropyge and I would absolutly love to have another but I wouldnt spend that much for one, just me! Cudos to anyone that would. They are beautiful.

I mean I'm no cheapo...I've dropped $$$ on some fish but nothing like in the multiple of thousands. To each their own I guess. I know they are 'rare' or uncommon but LA is really trying to capitalize on them.

Let's put it this way...interrupa have not been on the market in a couple of years and at 2", they are perfect for captivity. $650 was for larger ones that had a hard time adjusting. IMHO they are perfect and with the fact that Kevin is putting a 100% guarantee on them, well worth the investment.
