About a year ago I lost the female of my pair to an unexplained death. I decided to let the male turn female and then purchase another clown. About 2 weeks ago I purchased a very small (maybe 3/4") Snowflake. The current clown is a Black Onyx Snowflake whereas the new male is just a normal Snowflake. The female is significantly larger than the male and maybe about 2.5".
In 2 - 3 weeks (when QT is finished), I'll be adding the new clown to the tank. Currently it is a very peaceful tank and everyone gets along great. There is no aggression between any of the fish.
Is there a proper way to introduce the new clown, or do I just throw him in and see what happens? Hopefully it's :love2: at first sight. :frog:
