Introducing new tang

Hello All...
I am in the process of getting another tang for my 150 reef. Not just with a tang, but mostly any fish i have tried to add to my tank ( anthias, smaller tangs, wrasses) all somehow die. My water perameters are fine, everything in my tank is doin great. I have narrowed it down to my other tangs aggressiveness. I acclamate them for long periods of time and all are healthy goin in the tank. Besides destroying my rockwork with dividers and changing the entire look of my tank, what can I do to apease the situation?

I have always followed the traditional order of adding fish. I had a Naso die, so I was looking for a replacement. Removing all other tangs is not a realistic option for me. I see people add wrasses and anthias after tangs and report no problems. I just wanna know how to maximize my chance of success.

Time it so that you release the new guy into the tank after the lights are out and the 'king' of the tank is sleeping. This always made a big difference in reducing stress on the new addition.
