Iron Ioxide Dissolve at what PH?

I want to run a seperate chamber of iron oxide at the end of a dual chamber CA reactor that the PH only goes down to 7.2 . I am wondering if it will dissolve more so than it already does in saltwater. Thanks in advance!

I would expect it to dissolve more than in saltwater. Personally, I'd get a separate reactor for the iron oxide.
