Irrigation

Does anyone on here know anything about Irrigation? Last night my 95PSI pressure release valve kicked in and was spewing water into my yard...let's just say enough to flood it...:(

I had to turn the valve off outside to my entire house to get it to stop...After I re-engaged it, the release pipe stopped spewing water...

However when I did a test to my irrigation, when I turn it off, the release starts back up and does not stop...I believe one side of my house the irrigation stopped working, but even so the valve should kick off when I stop the irrigation right?...

Yes it should if your valve isnt broke. It might be broke also. I just had the same problem with 1 of my valves, I just replaced it and the sylinod. After that I didnt have anymore problems. I think it was a 20 dollar fix.

I work for FIS Outdoor, a large irrigation supply house. We should have what you need. Stop by one of our local branches and they should be able to get you what you need. www.fisoutdoor.com
