20 gal minimum is recommended for Ocellaris or Percula Clownfish and they are the smallest of the clowns. The cost of all of the pumps, lights and heater you are going to buy for a 10 gal you can use on a 20 gal. So it doesn't really cost much more for a 20 than a 10 and then you can have a BTA and a pair of clowns.
