Is anyone feeding their tanks live food?

I run both a 29 gallon freshwater planted tank (neon tetras and neocaridina shrimp) plus my 60 gallon cube reef and my latest educational obsession has been Paul B's threads on feeding live food. I am considering raising baby brine shrimp and grindal worms, both sound stupid easy to do and would seem to benefit both my FW & SW systems. Have you guys tried either of these?

Very cool. I considered black worms but opted out of those because they have to be kept in the fridge. Whiteworms prefer around 60 degrees (I don't have a basement) but their smaller cousins, Grindal worms, can tolerate room temp and all my fish are little guys anyway. All three of those worms are easy to keep but the first two must be kept cool so I'm going with the easiest one. :D Let me know how it goes for you!

I actually tried hatching out brine shrimp overnight in cups when I had a Mandarin. It worked. I would toss a tiny pinch in a cup of tank water before bed and Turkey baster up the brine shrimp the next day.

Not sure if there is much nutritional value in brine shrimp unless you gut load them first. But I have to admit, I've never tried it.

Reportedly baby brine shrimp are very nutritious within the first day or so after hatching due to their yolk sac, after that not so much.
