I bought a One Spot Foxface last week and everything was great. He was swimming around and picking at algae.
Then last night he was up by the overflow breathing rapidly.

Has anyone experiences this with Foxfaces?
I thought maybe ich even tough I don't see any marks on him.
He was been like this for about 18 hrs. I've turned off my lights on my tank for the time being to see if he can pull though.
Here are my tank parameters tested yesterday.
90 gal
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 0
Ammonia - 0
Phosphate - .10
Calcium - 420
Alkalinity - 9
PH - 8.2
Tmp - 80
Salinity - 1.026
Lifestock
Clownfish
Damsel
Dottyback
Goby
Cardinal
Thank you for anyone's input.
