is it algae? Part2

I wonder what it is?
it is also occur on the body of my skimmer.
i suspect that it is an algae.
however my phosphate and nitrate is 0.
i change water 20% weekly.
i turn on my MH lighting from 18:00 till 24:00
i wonder why it is still arise.

so these are my question..

1. if it is an algae, which type of algae is this?
2. is it dangerous to my tank?
3. how do I get rid of it?
4. can i use Turbo snails or Blenny to help cleaning on this alge?
or is there any better way ?
5. is it because of the water flow in my tank is too soft?
6. why is it occure on the body of my skimmer?

Hard to tell, but it looks like some sort of diatom mix. Cant be sure without microscope. Anyhow microalgae does grow in my skimmer as I think in most, especially if exposed to light. I disassemble mine occasionally and clean it out.

WHat kinda skimmer do you run? If it really bothers ya you could get a UV sterilizer, but IMHO it doesnt look that bad.

i use H&S 200-2xF2001 1500 litre

will UV help on this problem?
