Is Mrs. Wages still defacto topoff additive?

You know I haven't bought any in a really long time since my local grocery stopped carrying it and I haven't had coraline in my tank for about as long.

Is the Mrs. Wages pickling lime product still good for a reef? I wasn't sure if they have since added anything harmful to the product.

Mrs. Wages is still out there but it is harder for some folks to find. In the age of internet stores, most folks have gone to more generic calcium oxide powders.

While my local grocery store occasionally carries Mrs. Wages, I use BRS Bulk Kalkwasser as it is the same stuff and easier to order it when I need it.

Yeah I use the BRS bulk kalk as well but they sell Mrs. Wages on amazon.

Ok awesome, I can get it on Amazon but I may just throw in the kalk stuff when I reorder my DI resin and filter refills from BRS.

check the grocery store they will have a canning section (with jars etc.). I'm in a rather rural area and it's not hard for me to find at all.
