Is my 29gal Eclipse tanks ok for a qt??

I have a 29 gal Eclipse tank. Will the filter pad minus the carbon, and the bio wheel, and another small powerhead be enough for the circulation, and bio media? Or do I need to add something else? I would love to use this setup that I aquired for a future QT.
