Is my 6100 Brown or Black

I can't tell, It looks black to me but could be dark brown.

Model # 6100.10 DB

I've had it for a couple of years... Probably 2-1/2-3 yrs old

Production series 225 was the transition from Brown to Black, If it is dated 225 or before it could be brown. The date code is series, quarter, year.

The only #'s I could find were on the Transformer- 140205 & Art#7120.202A

This number is on the motor itself, it is pressed into the plastic between the sticker on the back and the swivel arm.
