Is my 7091 broken?

I just got this second hand off a club member with a 6000 and photo cell, it is less than a year old though.I have the following issues with mine:

1. Pressing the "feed" button does not stop the pump or make any difference.
2. The led for power 2 does not light up, ever.
3. When I set one to 100% and the other to 0% the pump never stops, it slows down a little bit but not a lot and definitly not to 0%.

I assume it is broken but how can I go about getting it fixed? Also how much is it to get the 6100 transformer and where can one be had?

1) Not sure why that would be, perhaps the button is broken. You could open it and check for obvious issues- broken wire or salt damage from being pressed with wet fingers.

2)You probably have pulse turned off- all the way is off.

3) There is no 0%, 30% is as slow as it can go.

The transformers run $73 about, Premium Aquatics, Reef Exotics and Aquarium Specialty all stock them, if they are out they will get more next week.

No the pulse works and I can set various time intervals, the led for power 1 lights on/off accordingly. It seems though that no matter what I set the power levels to, it just does its own amount. It oscillates according to the pulse time correctly but no the power settings... Would this still be covered under warranty? For the most part its renderring it useless to me
