is my anemone sick?

my anemone looks like it wants to explode!!! it keeps inflating on the disk and then it starts inflating in the column it switches inflating every 5 min ... help i dont know what to do

When in doubt, if you don't see anything physically harming the anemone, check your water quality. Water changes help in many situations. Check your temperature as well!
