Is my blue tenuous going to make it?

Hey guys,

I recently ordered some new frags from anonymous, and one arrived completely dead in a murky bag of water, the blue tenius arrived in another murky bag of water, with all the tissue separated from the base, but it's still hangin on, withering away day by day.Its only been 2 days, and I am thinking of calling the guy and showing him pictures and seeing about him sending another.Should I?Would it be insane?

I have a picture, it was taken when the actinics were on so you can't really see what I'm talking about.

What should I do?My other frags look pretty good!

you shouldve contacted the seller after you opened the packaging, send a picture and he should/will refund you with another frag. but since you said 2-3 days already there are no proof if it. frag the peices that you have left and hope for the best.

Your right, I should have sent pictures right away.I can't really frag any pieces off, due to the fact everything is pretty much dying.Would putting it in a lower lit area help it recover?It is too late?

well if you can see skeleton on the frags, its to late, you have to frag it. lowering it and rising it will just irritate it more
