Hello, I started my cycle on 3/5. I initially put in a shrimp and phantom fed some fish food every day. I also added bio spira at the beginning. Eventually ammonia went down to zero by the end of the second week but nitrites never spiked and stayed at zero. I got confused so I dosed ACE ammonia to get ammonia up to 2ppm. The next day, ammonia went to zero but nitrites never went above zero. I would dose the water for a week after that to get the ammonia levels to 1 ppm and it would rise back down to zero everytime. However, I have never seen my nitrites rise above zero. As of yesterday, my readings were: Ammonia- 0 ppm, Nitrites- 0 ppm, and Nitrates: 80ppm. Am I done with my cycle? Is it safe to do a large water change?

I used dry rock and sand that came from my cousin's old reef tank. I also use a cannister filter with just poly filter pads and bio media in it (I plan to clean out my filter every week during my water changes), I use RODI water
