Is my Gbta splitting or dying?

I have a gbta in my jbj 28 for about 2 months now. I have never fed it until last week. I gave it a tiny piece Of shrimp and it took it. Friday I added a mp10. It isn't in direct line of the mp10 but that is when it started moving. It came out of it's hole and jus moved a few inches. Today is seems almost lifeless with a gaping mouth but still has color. I can email a pic from my iPhone but can't figure out how to attach.
If it is dying, do I need to remove it?

We really need to see a pic of the anemone to judge it's health. It is possible that the change in flow stressed it and it is starting to split. (Stress can cause a split)

My best guess, you just fed it, its pooping. My sebae looked terrible after feeding it. About 2 days later... it moved out of the rocks a bit.. took a nasty dump (mouth wide open, brown stringy stuff coming out) then it was full and looking great again and moved back into its spot.

It usually goes in and out 2-3 times a day and does it's discharge thing, but this looms worse with no discharge. The mouth almost looks like itnis deteriorating.

Mine has done that several times and has been okay. however, they do the same thing that urs is when it gets stuck in a filter and you have no choice but to cut it out =(. if you have any doubts that its dead. you will know. it will cloud up your water with its poison. but you can also net it out and sniff it. if it doesnt smell fishy but smells more so rotten fishy. then flush it!

see if this pic works

it looked worse last night with no inflation at all...i was about to remove it and this morning it look like that picture again.

I went home for lunch and it was just barely haning onto a rock and completely deflated. The center of it was really white and puffy with a couple of chunks fallen off so I removed it and considered it dead/dying
