Just this morning I found my goby eating a bristle worm, and I'm pretty sure bristle worms have poisonous hair so is my goby poisoned?

Thats what im concerned about but the bristle worm was like half an inch and my goby seems fine after it ate it so should I do something about it or not

What are you gonna do about it :-).. It's done so i don't think there is anything you can do. I'm sure it will be fine. I'm amazed I got it down. I've seen fish attack a bristle worm and let it go after about a sec or two.

I wouldn't so much worry just check on it for a few days to make sure it's eating. I'm sure there's gotta be something that eats bristle worms in the wild or else the ocean would be full of only bristle worms. Good luck and looks like te fish had its Easter meal LOL..

If he ate it and got it down I'm sure there won't be any issues. The goby wouldn't of ate the bristle worm if it was that "poisonis" to the goby

i once saw my firefish grab a bristleworm and then spit it out, then grab it again, and spit it out, then grab it again, then spit it out, then grab it yet again, then spit it out. he did that 7-8 times, each time chewing it more and more. i forget if he actually ate it or not, but it didnt hurt him any
