Is my keyhole angel eating the coraline algae?

I've noticed him pecking at the rock. Is he eating the coraline algae, or just "cleaning" the rocks.

Picking at diatoms, other morsels etc but not coralline.

Could he damage the coraline while foraging?

Also he's making a good lawn mower. He's thinned out most patches of unwanted what I think is a type of hair algae(?) totally unsure. And for some reason, I can't post pictures on here from my phone.

Maybe it's cause of the HDR :/

He won't hurt the coralline. No worries...
