Is my tang dying?!

I purchased a Purple Tang on Thanksgiving weekend and have had issues since. When I got it home, I noticed its eye was starting to cloud and it had a hard time seeing food. I quickly treated my QT with Prazipro and its eye cleared up in a couple of days......so everything was normal until now. A few days ago, I noticed some ich spots popping up, so I decided to use Cupramine and treat. I used the recommended dosage of 16 drops the first day, to slowly increase the copper and not shock the fish. The next day, I noticed that the fish had a horrible white looking rash over its enitre body. I've never seen anything like it and now I am afraid that it is going to die unless I do something. Can anyone help ID what this is?

None of the spots are from the glass. All of it is on the fish

Can you get a front angle photo? I'd continue raising the Cu level.

I also see a lot of specks on the glass and can't determine for sure what is on the fish vs glass, but it does look like a pretty good outbreak of ich.

Look where the PVC is the background for the fish. That will help.

My non-expert opinion is ich. I would keep raising Cu to the recommended level.
