Is my tank tempered?

There's no sticker on the bottom saying that it's tempered. I don't want to drill the bottom. Just the sides. The sides shouldn't be tempered, right?

edit: Oh, the picture didn't load up at first. My 33g AGA was tempered bottom only, if that helps.

40G breeder tanks do not have tempered bottoms.
