Is Ryan L on vacation?

He sent me a e-mail last Friday to call him about a price error (Thread:978414) I called Sat. and was told he would not be in till Mon. Placed order and sent an e-mail Sat. explaining and gave order number so he could make price adjustment. Sent another e-mail yesterday and still no answer? MD has always been great on fast response, this is unusual, the e-mails must be getting misrouted or Ryan's on vacation.

I apologize for the delay, Ryan is not on vacation and is here. Our emails system had a hic up and did not send your email out to you but it was recorded as being replied to. Thank you for the Email. The unit was in stock at the time of
purchase. We have shipped and charged the cost of the osmolator already. We
had charged you $174.63 for the item. At this time the price has not been
changed on our website. However, I will be sending another request to the
Design Department to change this. I do apologize. I let the the accounting
department know that the cost of the item is actually $141.87 and will be
refunding the difference to you. You will see the refund in your statement
in 3-5 business days. If you have any additional questions regarding this,
