Who made it?? All Glass ones are not up to the 37g size according to their site. Not sure about other makers though.

Cant really tell from the plastic frame alone. I have heard the brand from Walmart are tempered and will shatter if drilled if I remember right. Its a risk drilling or the like without knowing who made it. Not sure if that's what you needed to know about or not.
