Is there something wrong?

Hi,
I noticed this last night. There was a couple small spots on the Anemone. Today he seemed to deflate some tentacles and curl them up almost to protect it. Now it seems his whole side is deflated.
Here it was this morning.

No he is pooing out all his brown stuff and shriveling up.

The brown stuff is his zooxanthellae(sp?). Its what keeps the colors in the nem. Is there a lighting change? How long have you had the nem? Appear to have coralline, but how old is the tank?

Well seems the Nem is alright now. Those two holes he had are sealed up. Not sure how they came about but.
The tank is 4 months old. The nem was put in there two weeks ago.
The rock I purchased from a store it was pre-cycled for a few months so it had Coralline on it. The tank did its Nitrogen cycle in about 3 weeks (with three fish at the three week mark) and has been stable ever since. I have had corals now for 3 months including an Elegance. Only thing that died is one xenia coral (And that was after nem purchase) so I figured the tank was ready for Nem.
Anyways the Nem has been fully inflated for the past couple days and seems pretty happy!

I did tests when I seen this happen.
'Trite, 'Trate, Ammonia 0
Phostphate 0.125
PH 8.3
SG 1.0245
Temp 79

He ate a small piece of shrimp the day before this happened.

Brown stuff is common poo or digested waste

IMO nothing to be concerned about and IMO its not zooxanthellae as if they expel there zooxanthellae it's usually through tissue not out of the mouth.
