is there yellow nudi's ?

Krazy

In Memoriam
I got a new yellow critter in my tank this am, pretty active too, moving all around the top of my glass, it looks just like a small nudibranch of some sore, has 2 lil antenna's, at first I thought my yellow cukes may have spilt again but this guy is a lil brighter then them and they havent moved at all....

Is there yellow nudis ??

harmful or OK ???

I just dont want it to attck my flower anemone...

time for work, is this thing OK to keep ??

no black spots on it like the ones I just google'd...

just a real bright yellow, FAST moving and almost leafy looking, defiently looks like its from the slug family ....

Need a pic but the short answer to your question is yes there are yellow nudibranchs. I can't begin to ID it or for that matter tell you what it eats however most nudibranchs are specific in their diet. Also check out some flatworm pics.

yeah like xian says they all are specific in their diets...most like decided to venture around the tank cause he is hungry.

Here's Two Pics , I hope they came out good enough for an ID ..

any help ???

Sorry I still can't see enough detail in the pics to tell if its a Nudi or a flatworm but it is not a cuke. When it comes to he former Unfortunately you have limited options, it will either

a) Starve for lack of specialized food
b) Eat something you like
c). Eat algae

I hope its C. YOu could post it in the invert forum to see if anyone else knows anything.
