is this a baby elegence?

i saw this tiny(2mm) green thing on my rock, it has two small mouths that is just like mye eleganse, but it has no tentecals.
is this a baby elegance.
how do i make to survive?
what do i feed it?
i am moving it to a 10g so no fish can eat it.
