Is this a bristle worm?

caught him last night feeding on a piece of dead clam. he's about a foot long; I've seen it around the tank for a few years now but was finally able to get to it and nab it.

looks more like a fire worm to me i would get rid of him.

he's in a bucket and has been since i got him out. any other opinions?

toss him in ur fuge if you dont' want him in your display tank.
