What is this? Is it a bristleworm?

sorry for the bad picture, it moves fast and I have a bad camera:)
 
There not bad unless you pick them up and try petting them, then they hurt. They will be part of your cleanup crew, however if you over feed they will multiply and you will have a ton of them.

hmmmm, then i guess he stays.

i figured he was a bristleworm but wanted to make sure. Will a queen conch eat it?(them)
 
some of the smaller reef wrasses will take take care of smaller ones. As said it will probally be fine but once they get bigger it may decide to eat something you want if its food source gets low so I personally would remove it or try a wrasse (6 line). If the wrasse doesnt eat the larger one it may eat the babies so the population doesnt grow to unacceptable levels.
