Is this a clam??

We recently discovered this thing on the side of our torch coral. It opens and closes quickly. Could it be a clam??

looks like a clam to me. However without a closer pic or a pic of it open more i can't id it for you. Maybe someone else can

Definitely looks like a clam to me. Looks like it dug itself into the side of your coral. Could be something else living inside of a clam shell maybe?

It is a clam but not one of the Tridacnid Clams.
