this was sold as a condy but all other ones i have seen have had has a pink foot and this one has a white foot sorry about the quality of the pics i just had ti rescue it today from the filter but he seems to be doing all right now he has been eating so i think he is fine.

and any clue as to getting him to stay put after the lights go off, he dont move until the lights go off and then he is all over the place. hence the little filter mis hap

i was lucky to get one that isnt bleached all other ones were pure white and he just came in thursday (three days ago) and he was looking good so i took him home

The only way mine would stay put was if I dropped him in a hole in my base rock that he couldn't get out of. Even then, he would try to move and sometimes succeed. Eventually I gave up and let him roam.

I wonder how many foot colors condys have? Mine was construction cone orange

he doesnt roam he like folds himself up and floats around and then the power head blew him towards the filter and that iss where he got stuck and i had to cut the filter and get him out.

That's a little different. What sort of lighting do you have? Mine never let go completely so I can't help you there. I'm sure someone who's delt with it will find this thread and point you in the right direction

i have him under 10000k 15 watt he is in the ten gallon for the reason being is that the 55 isnt cycled yet so he is in there and so far he is now doing much better he eats constantly and is all nice and full again but he still detatches but now he is trapped so he cant go no where

I have a couple of condy's, mine also move but only around the same rock they do not float around the tank, they do best in tanks that have been established for 6+ months, FYI I would wait until your 55 G is 6 months old before you transfer it

i am gonna wait a long time to transfer it i really dont want to loose it even though it is only a condi i think it is beautiful and if i can keep a condi in this tank would i be able to keep a bta cause i had a gbta offered to me for $15 and it has a 3 inch disc and it is beautiful. i was wondering when my 55 cycles, would it work under a 10000k 15watt and a 15watt 420 actinic

Yes your lighting is fine for anemones, and most softies make sure you don't over feed do once every couple of days and longer wouldn't hurt
