Gigantea anemones have verrucae on the column near the oral plate, feet of Gigantea anemones are pastel in colorcolor. Green, blue or violet. Tips of tentacles are tapper and more pointed.
In contrast, Haddoni anemones have no verrucae (or minimal with very light or same tan color as column). The foot is tan, same color as the column. Tentacles are much more blunted, not tapper like Gigantea.
Stressed and unhealthy Gigantea anemones have short tentacles, but the tips stay the same taper. The color of the foot and the colorful verrucae still there. Better picture, in focus, of the column near the oral plate is most reliable to ID Gigantea vs Haddoni.

Likely but not sure. Picture of the column under white light is a must to be sure. If that is the best picture he have for you then I would pass on it. After shipping that anemone likely beyond help.
Sick anemone only look sick sometime during the day and well sometime. The sicker they are the longer they look sick. If I am selling an anemone I take picture of the anemone at their best.
