Is this a Lubbock's fairy wrasse?

Would appreciate a bit of help in identifying this fish. I've had it for a while, and it is slightly changing, like the color of the top/bottom fins and the black line appearing on the tail. Its easier to see the fin markings in the last picture, and its body color and face pattern are easier to see in the first two pictures.

I have the exact same fish. It has a purplish/blue face. Pylei is what it was shipped as according to the lfs.
