Is this a parasite?

Are these spots on the face of my new Tang a parasite or part of his natural pattern? He's been in cupramine 2 weeks, no change on the spots. Photo was taken during at min FW dip while did not reveal any obvious parasites

Probably natural pattern, but the spots are more pronounced due to some HLLE he's got.

Post copper treatment, soaking his food with a vitamin supplement should help clear the HLLE up.
